The menu at Tree House is based on what's fresh and available from small farms in the area around Santa Fe. Each day, we have a number of specials in addition to our "regular offerings."
Our philosophy is simple: we create memorable taste experiences by choosing the freshest organic ingredients and letting the flavors speak for themselves. In a nutshell, we provide opportunities for people to "eat like it matters." But you don't have to take our word for it, hear what others have to say:
"There’s something about the food [at Tree House] that is so clean and simple – it does not try to impress you or create a headline, but its so good and pretty and it sparkles with this freshness! I don’t have to open a restaurant because these girls did it!"

Author of Local Flavors
"And although café is in the title, the food is more representative of a full-fledged restaurant—gooey frittata, held together more by sun-ripened squash than cheese, sandwiches rife with enough colorful ingredients to be disassembled and called a platter."

2009-2010 Restaurant Guide
"It takes serious commitment to run a restaurant devoted to local ingredients, but to do it in the desert you have to be either crazy or very, very good. Tree House Pastry Shop and Café succeeds magnificently, by limiting its menu to just a few items and executing them perfectly."
